Repairs and replacements, not new builds

Many people think a new faucet means calling a plumber or a contractor. Most of the time it's maintenance: fixing or replacing what's already in the building. That's my whole business.

A good fit

  • Something leaking, clogged, broken or worn out
  • Swapping an old fixture or appliance for a new one
  • Digging up and repairing a water or sewer line
  • Regular upkeep for a building you manage

Not what I do

  • New construction or additions
  • Large renovations
  • Gas appliance work (I'll refer you to a licensed gas contractor)

How it works

  1. 1. Tell me the problem

Call, email or use the form. A photo helps.

  2. 2. Get a flat price

For standard jobs I can quote on the phone. The price covers the job, not the hours.

  3. 3. I fix it

Parts, labour and clean-up included. Pay on the spot by debit, credit, e-transfer or cash.

All of Texada Island

Based on the island, so there's no ferry charge for island jobs. I work in Gillies Bay, Van Anda, Blubber Bay and everywhere in between.
